"You can choose to obey the call and live as Romans 12:2 instructs, or to ignore his call and travel your own road. This is your decision given to you by Gods gift of free will. His grace and his way…or your strength and your way. This is the most important decision of your life."

Jennifer Chastant has worked in the corporate banking realm for 22 years. Jennifer began her career in mortgage banking and quickly went into management. Jennifer left her career as a Vice President in Project Management in 2015 in order to follow her calling of working with children. At that time, she began working for Abundant Life Preschool at her church, Christ Church of Flagstaff.
As she had previously been given a vision to help abused children, she knew she would be led back in some way. As her time with the preschool was fulfilling, she took the Assistant Director position and expanded her knowledge of young children.
In January 2018, she quit working at the preschool in order to focus 100% of her time and energy to begin The Ranch.

I was called as a gifted teacher with the additional gift of evangelism. The focus of my faith is how to bring others to Christ, illustrating the Four Spiritual Laws that are the basis of my outreach—the fact that God loves everyone, that sin separates man from God, that Jesus is the Way to eternal life with God, and that we must receive Christ personally as individuals to be saved. I have endeavored to teach the bible to help others to grow in the knowledge of God This has been my calling from God for the past 30 years. My passion is to assist teens, women and children to unwrap the most intriguing book ever written and to help foster the most important relationship one will ever hold. Few have been called to this endeavor and it is our responsibility to share the love and good news of the gospel.

Like many in their spiritual walks, my calling for how God wanted me to serve was not exactly clear. It was not until The Twelve began that I realized that God’s purpose for my life was deeper than going to church and reading the bible regularly. We are all endowed with gifts, those special talents God blesses us with, and it was then that I realized God wanted me to serve Him by using my gifts in this ministry. This is how the body of Christ functions as a whole, each person serving their function for the common good. And it is in my serving, my giving, that God’s perfect law works to bless me as I bless others through Him. I thank God for this calling, this ministry, and the ability to let all know of God’s ultimate plan for man.

Accepting Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior is the single most important decision of your life. Our family call to this ministry has been our largest blessing as well as our greatest responsibility. It was at a Christian retreat that I heard God’s small, still voice prompt me to this call and a decision had to be made. As with faith in Christ, it is ultimately our decision to follow or ignore God’s will for our lives. In choosing obedience, I accepted the responsibility of the calling, and because of God’s grace am finding the blessings showering my life. One can never out give God.
